We have decided to go ahead and update all the wikis to 1.13 before it’s scheduled release (which will be next month) in favor of being able to install an extension that will allow all of the language wikis to use one central login database.

This means there will be one “Shane” account that I could now use at en, de, zh, with only loging in once? Always tired of those creating mulipuple accounts? This is what this solves. Not only are we going to extend it just for the Battlestar Wiki, but it will extend to two other related sites. Battlestar Pegasus and Wiki Frakr!. Those will not be “active” until 1.13 is in official release status and depending on how well it works out, we will expand it’s usage to also the Eureka Wiki.

So that’s the deal. If you see any site problems in the next few hours, this is why.
