Check out the audio version of the article on Vulpa, which is voiced by a “Cylon” (or as close to one as I could get it). Tell us whether we should do this for other articles or not.

    Worse than useless, in my opinion. Anyone can instruct their browser to read a page using a text-to-speech engine and a novelty voice. The purpose of the audio versions should be to host pleasant, human-read versions.

    You’re right, of course. :-)

    As you mentioned, it was only a novelty thing, and I would honestly prefer human-read versions.

    To be honest, I’m trying to rekindle the effort to get people to voice articles. Although this is probably a project that should be undertaken during the lull between seasons 3 and 4.
